3-10-89 Received failed precision test results (completed <br /> 12-02-88) from Chuck Pomery, Groveman and Young, <br /> Attorneys for American Savings. (See Exhibit J) <br /> 3-17-89 Kasey Foley, E.H. S. , filed a Proposition 65 <br /> Notification Report and an Unauthorized Release <br /> Report. (See Exhibit K) <br /> 5-9-89 Chuck Pomery, attorney for American Savings, contacted <br /> PHS-EHD and indicated that American Savings had <br /> foreclosed on the 2nd deed and was now attempting to <br /> rescind the foreclosure and did not plan to do any site <br /> assessment. <br /> 5-10-89 PHS-EHD was contacted by Jeanne Zolezzi, attorney for <br /> Mrs. Conrady. Ms. Zolezzi indicated that her client <br /> may be interested in doing some site assessment and <br /> wanted to be contacted if any legal action were to take <br /> place against the property. <br /> 5-18-89 Doug Wilson, Supervising R.E.H.S. , contacted <br /> Jeanne Zolezzi concerning pending legal action. <br /> Ms. Zolezzi indicated that American Savings held title <br /> to the property at this time. <br /> 6-2-89 Received letter from Groveman and Young, Attorneys for <br /> American Saving and Loan, indicating that they intended <br /> to rescind the foreclosure and that any action should <br /> be taken against Mrs. Conrady. (See Exhibit L) <br /> 9-15-89 Facility owes $500. 00 active fees and penalty fees for <br /> 1989 . (See Exhibit M) <br /> VI.
