Hall <br /> ON-SYTE: Mark Jeglie <br /> SUBCONTRACTOR: Stockton Service Station Equipment Company <br /> ON-SITE HAZARDS: Soil potentially contaminated with gasoline. <br /> Physical slip,trip, fall, and heavy equipment. <br /> SITE CONTROL: Delineators, appropriate barricades and temporary fencing to direct <br /> traffic away from work area. <br /> PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT: Modified level D: steel toed boots, <br /> disposable plastic gloves, hard hat, and <br /> coveralls. Respirator must be available on- <br /> site with organic vapor cartridges. <br /> SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT: PID <br /> DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES: Personal - Wash hands prior to eating, <br /> drinking and smoking.
