ARGONAUT <br />STOCKTON CA 95206 <br />RE: ADDENDUM TO THE ROUTINE INSPECTION OF MARCH 13, 1996 <br />Dear Greg; <br />In reviewing underground storage tank file for 1819 S. Argonaut the following <br />noncompliance items were uncovered: <br />1. The records for the certification of operability for the monitoring equipment <br />have not been submitted since installation. <br />Section 2630(d)CCR: All monitoring equipment used to satisfy the requirement of <br />sections 2632, 2634, and 2636 shall be installed, calibrated, operated and <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, including routine <br />maintenance and service checks (at least once per calendar year) for operability <br />or running condition. <br />Submit these records to this office by 9/21/96. <br />2. The records for the line tests have not been submitted to this office since <br />1992. <br />Section 2643(d)CCR: Piping that conveys hazardous substances under less than <br />atmospheric pressure (suction piping) shall be tested at least every three years <br />at a pressure designated by the test equipment manufacturer. <br />Submit these records to this office by 9/21/96. <br />Respectfully, ` <br />Je YoshYoka� REHS <br />A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Sen ices <br />
