PACIFIC BELL MONITORING AND RESPONSE PLAN <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Site: 7644 North Ashley Lane, Stockton (UE-132) <br /> 1,500-gallon diesel tank <br /> The 1,500-gallon double-wall tank at this facility <br /> will be monitored continuously by a Ronan model X76S Liquid <br /> and Vapor Detection Monitor. This detector model will handle <br /> simultaneously four Ronan model LS-3 electronic liquid sen- <br /> sors. Two sensors are placed within the tank itself, to <br /> monitor fuel level. The other two sensors are placed respec- <br /> tively, in the annular space of the double-wall tank, and <br /> within the secondary containment manhole for detection <br /> of leaks into the secondary containment system. <br /> The leak detector is connected to the telephone system <br /> directly to the responsible Pacific Bell switching control <br /> person, and to a local alarm at the facility. If a leak <br /> is detected, an alarm will be telephoned to the Pacific <br /> Bell switching personnel. <br /> In the event of a leak or spill, the operator of the <br /> underground tank will notify the Pacific Bell Emergency <br /> Control Center (415) 823-7777 , the Pacific Bell Real Estate <br /> Department (415) '$23-1028 , and the San Joaquin Local Health <br /> District (209) <br /> For cleanup o the leak or spill, Pacific Bell will <br /> notify: <br /> 1 .
