KUNG
ISLANoD Resort
11530 W. Eight Mile Road
Stockton, California 95219
209-951-2188
209-943-5656 Fax
June 14, 1991
,SUN 1 1991
Public Health Services ES
Environmental Health Division
P.O. Box 2009
Stockton, CA 95201
Dear Sirs:
Enclosed you will find a copy of a billing received by us on June 13, 1991 .
It states that you are billing us for fees for "TANK #4" from 1986 through
1991 .
We have only three underground tanks, and we pay operating permit fees for
them each year. We purchased the property at the end of 1989, and have
been paying the fees when due. Recently we applied for a permit to remove
ONE of these tanks, plus another ABOVE GROUND TANK located at the north end
of our property. The above ground tank that we are removing is 2,000
gallons, and has not been used by us since purchasing the property. None
of the local residents can recall the last year it was used . We wanted to
have it removed at the same time as our other UNDERGROUND tank.
I believe our application for removal of two tanks caused the confusion.
We are actually removing one underground and one above ground tank.
If you have env questions, please call Yvonne at (209)464-0790.
Sincerely,
lYvonne Mabee
Controller
© A WESfREC MARINA
.r"
