A copy of this Plan Check and Permit must be on site and available for review when <br /> requested. (2001 CFC 105.5) <br /> ,i Personnel trained in accordance with applicable local, state and Federal regulations <br /> shall perform all work. <br /> Equipment capable of producing static electricity shall be bonded and grounded. <br /> V. The tank shall be temporary out of service for a period not to exceed one year. If <br /> the tank is out of service for more than one year it shall be removed. (2001 CFC <br /> 7902.1.7.2.3) <br /> ,Ff Product shall be removed from the tank. The tank shall be inerted, as often as <br /> necessary, to levels that will preclude an explosion. All piping, including fill line,gauge opening,vapor return and pump connection shall <br /> be capped or plugged and secured against tampering.
