The State of <br /> California requires this report to be submitted to the applicable <br /> county in which your company has underground storage tanks . <br /> This report should be signed and mailed to the county listed on the <br /> report. A mailing label is enclosed for each county to which <br /> reports must be sent. <br /> The reference section in the California Code of Regulations is <br /> Title 23 , Division 3 , Chapter 16, Section 2646 . 1, Paragraph J. <br /> This requirement is to "submit to the local agency the results from <br /> the SIR reports for the previous 12 months .
