CERS will be updated soon by changing the
794380-301 sensors to 794380-303s for all four tanks as you mentioned in your report.
Alltech is updating their 8119115 monitoring certification in the same way to show 303s for all four
tanks.
Your report mentions two alarms that so far I cannot find a record of.
1. L11 Premium Fill Pipe sump fuel alarm on Sept. 9, 2015.
2. Q1 Unleaded 87A PLLD shutdown alarm Sept 9, 2015.
Where did you find the information about these two alarms?
Also, you said all alarms from the alarm history need to be documented in the daily alarm log. How is
this documentation different than what the current DO is already doing?
Dennis Bock
Compliance Manager
Gasoline Operations Dept.
Costco Wholesale Corp.
999 Lake Drive
Issaquah, WA 98027
425-427-7653 tel.
425-416-2153 fax
On Wed, Aug 12, 2015 at 12:07 PM, Dennis Bock <dbockgcostco.com> wrote:
Hi Fatinah,
Yes, Costco will pay for your overtime associated with the monitor certification.
You can send your invoice to Sammie Loudenback and me.
Thank you,
