In the Tank Monitoring is Performed Using the <br />following Method's section of the monitoring plan , the Leak Sensor Model number is incorrect. The Leak Sensor <br />Model number is listed as 794380-301 for Tank ID # 1, Tank ID # 2, and Tank ID #3. The correct Leak Sensor Model is <br />794380-303 for all three tanks . The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />201 CCR 2712(b) Failed to maintain alarm logs and/or records of follow up actions. <br />The daily alarm logs did not document all alarms from the alarm history.
