5. The technician must print out a copy of the alarm history from the original <br />monitoring panel prior to installing the new monitoring panel and have the copy <br />available at the time of EHD inspection. <br />6. All products installed must be certified by an independent testing organization <br />and labeled as required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. <br />See California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Chapter 16 Table B for complete <br />list.). Pursuant to the Underwriters Laboratories Inc (UL) listings, only those <br />products bearing the UL mark will be considered listed. Any part/product not <br />marked with the UL label will be rejected. <br />7. Complete and submit a copy of an Underground Storage Tank Certification of <br />Installation/Modification (Former Form C) to this office no later than 30 days <br />after work is completed. <br />8.
