In the case of San Joaquin County, this time is earlier than they can get an inspector to the site, and they require that we not begin any testing activities until the inspector arrives. The inspector for the Manteca location, Michelle Henry, has mentioned that in order for the testing to begin at 8:00 Costco will be required to pay overtime. She requested that a Costco representative contact her in order to arrange this. I have attached her v-card. The testing is being rescheduled from the September date that you may have received to the new date of August 18th, 2009. I will now notify Belshire of the change. 1
