In the event that chemicals or hazardous materials are encountered other than already known to <br /> PHS/EHD, site safety officer will notify PHS/EHD immediately and in no case later than 24 hours <br /> after such materials are encountered. <br /> I. The following safety equipment and clothing shall be wom at job site as per code #29CFR-1910-120. <br /> (Class D) <br /> 1. Safety goggles 3. Steel-toe shoes <br /> 2. Hard hats 4. Overalls, if needed <br /> J. If needed, fire extinguishers will be present on location in site safety officer's vehicle. <br />
