The "buddy system" will be discussed and the course of action <br /> to be taken—should an injury occur to an employee. Some of the many rules to <br /> be discussed to help prevent injury or accident are: 1) avoid standing on top <br /> of the tank--surface maybe slippery, 2) check for falling objects, slipping, <br /> and tripping hazards, 3) visqueen sheeting will be used if necessary around <br /> excavated soil, 4) where necessary, the site will be secured with construction <br /> barricades and warning signs posted to limit exposure time to noisy equipment, <br /> 6) keep a safe distance from the excavation and heavv equipment. <br /> Western Meter Service, Inc. shall provide Public Health <br /> Service/Environment Health Division a map of the nearest hospital and route to <br /> be taken should an injury occur. A copy of the map will also be on the job <br /> site with permits. <br /> i <br /> i� <br />
