Per Mr. Watkins, tank and piping test scheduled for August 30 and 31. Ms. Lagorio informed us during the Office Hearing that both Mr. Watkins and Mr. Paige (previous property owner) are listed as responsible parties for property. Mr. Watkins informed us that he currently does not use tank #2, as it is regular gas. Mr. Watkins was informed that he must utilize and monitor both tanks (or remove them). Mr. Watkins indicated he would be using Shields and Harper with Enviroquest for his SIR. 9/15/93 Received and reviewed tank and line test results. All elements passed. Results indicate lines are suction and therefore do not require leak detectors. Now lack only SIR verification. 10/14/93 Phoned Bill Watkins to ask about status of SIR as I had not heard from him and it was now passed the Office Hearing deadline.
