WRITTEN MONITORING PROCEDURES <br /> UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM <br /> The monitoring program must be kept at the UST location <br /> at all times. The information on this monitoring program <br /> are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder <br /> notify San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division, <br /> phone (209) 468-3420, within 30 days of any changes to the <br /> monitoring procedures, unless required to obtain approval <br /> before making the change. Required by Sections 2632 (d) <br /> and 2641 (h) CCR. <br /> Facility Name: PAIGE'S TOWING <br /> Facility Address: 1807 Douglas Road, Stockton, CA 95207 <br /> A. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank: <br /> Daily check of fuel levels and for water presence. <br /> Yearly pressure tests, monthly SIR reports, meters <br /> calibrated. <br /> Piping: <br /> Daily visual and auditory, yearly inspection with <br /> tanks pressure test required pressure test on <br /> pipes every 3 years. <br /> B. What methods and equipment, identified by name and <br /> model, will be used for performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank: <br /> Wooden Marsh gauge Pole 14 feet marked with <br /> 1/8 inch increments; color cut water check <br /> paste; statistical inventor reconciliation <br /> forms; pressure testing equipment. <br /> Piping: <br /> Yearly inspection by Afford A Test in conjunction <br /> with tank pressure tests, daily visual inspection <br /> and auditory looking for skips in years, increase <br /> speed in flows or rattling sounds in lines. <br /> C. Describe the location(s) where the monitoring will <br /> be performed (facility plot plan should be <br /> attached) : <br /> on site monitoring at pumps. <br />
