EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br /> UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM <br /> This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at <br /> all times. The information on this monitoring program are <br /> conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must <br /> notify the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division, <br /> phone (209) 468-3420 within 30 days of any changes to the <br /> monitoring procedures, unless required to obtain approval <br /> before making the change. Required by Section 2532 (d) <br /> and 2641 (h) CCR. <br /> Facility Name: PAIGE 'S TOWING <br /> Facility Address: 1807 Douglas Road, Stockton, CA 95207 <br /> 1. If an unauthorized release occurs, how will the <br /> hazardous substance be cleaned up? Note: If <br /> released hazardous substances reach the <br /> environment, increase the fire or explosion <br /> hazard, are not cleaned up from the secondary <br /> containment within 8 hours, or deteriorate the <br /> secondary containment, then San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division must be notified <br /> within 24 hours. <br /> Main circuit breakers turned off. Placing <br /> absorbent on product such as sand, sawdust, almond <br /> husks, speed dry. After product is absorbed it <br /> should be shoveled and placed in 55 gallon drums <br /> marked hazardous waste and a licensed hazardous <br /> waste hauler should be utilized for removal and <br /> disposal. Such as ENVIRO Search 1250 S. Wilson <br /> Way, Stockton, California, phone: (209) 465-2092 . <br /> 2 . Describe the proposed methods and equipment to be used <br /> for removing and properly disposing of any hazardous <br /> substances: <br /> Equipment: Absolvents such as sawdust, shovels, <br /> 55 gallon barrels, hazardous substance labels. <br /> 3 . Describe the location and availability of the required <br /> cleanup equipment in item 2 above: <br /> Storage room on site approximately 20 feet <br /> from pumps. All employees have keys to <br /> storage room. <br /> 4 . Describe the maintenance schedule for the cleanup <br /> equipment: <br /> Weekly check for reordering supplies, <br /> equipment, and clean on an as needed basis. <br />
