Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air District for any applicable <br />permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new <br />addendums supercede the previous ones. <br />3. All piping and components must bear a UL label. <br />4. At least one person who is certified, as an ICC UST histaller/Retrofitter must be onsite at <br />all times when work is performed on any portion of the UST System. <br />5. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br />a. Secondary piping <br />b. Verification of corrosion protection <br />6. Once concrete is poured all lines shall have an integrity test performed in accordance to <br />manufacturer's. Results must be received by EHD within 7 days of returning the site to <br />operating condition. <br />7. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tanks they must be have an integrity <br />test performed once concrete is poured in accordance to manufacture guidelines. Results <br />must be received by EHD within 7 days of returning the site to operating condition. <br />8.
