UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK RESPONSE PLAN -PAGE 2 VI. REPORTING AND RECORD KEEPING We will reportlrecord any overfill,spill,or uttattidmmxd release from a UST system as indicated ht this Platt' which the UST operator is e to n eight hours after the release was Recordable Releases: Any unauthorized release from Primary containment from secondary corrminmem,does not�muctease thre hazard o)f foe or explosion,and does detected or should reasonably have been detecud,and which does not escape not cause any deterioration of secondary containment,most be rccaded in the facility's monitoring records. Monitoring recordsmust include: ➢ The UST operator's name and telephone number, ➢ A list of the types.quantities,and concenbadons of hazardous substances retmscd: ➢ A description of the actions taken to control and clean up the release; ➢ The method and location of disposal of the released hazardous subsmnceC and whether a hazardous waste manifest was or will be used: ➢ A description of actions taken to Mai,the UST ,it in pmart fume releases: containmart. > A description of the method used to reactivate interstitial monitoring after replacement or repair of primary or unauthorized release which escapes from secondary containment(or primary containment Reportable Releases: Any overfill,spill, if no secondary containment exists),increases the hazard of fire or explosion,or causes any deterioration of secondary containment,is a reportable release.
