Assumption of the lease is essential to the continued <br /> 19 operation of debtors ' business because debtors are sub-lessee ' s of <br /> 20 the station, with Chevron being the actual lessee. <br /> 21 4 . A confirmed Chapter 13 Plan is adequate assurance (by <br /> analogy to "adequate protection" of secured creditors.
