Public Health <br /> Services/Environmental Health Division (EHD) claim was classified as <br /> unsecured. The original amount filed with Bankruptcy Court was <br /> 02,104; however 0904 was adjusted off because four (4) tanks were <br /> removed and paid for on February 14, 1991 .
