Charter Way, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to replace the dispensers and install UDC conversion kits, convert <br /> the midgrade (89) tank to diesel, replace the existing wiring conduits at the ATGs, relocate and <br /> cold start the monitoring panel, and complete the EVR phase II upgrade and the ISD upgrade <br /> on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The revised scope <br /> of work may require breaking concrete over all three USTS. The permit has been approved with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Stacy Rivera at(209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy of the alarm <br /> history shall be printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the Veeder Root system <br /> and made available at the time of EHD inspection. <br /> b. UDC conversion frames: Verify new dispenser footprint fits over UDCs. <br /> c. Secondary containment testing on the 87, 89/diesel, and 91 tanks, if concrete is <br /> broken. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br />
