January 25, 2405 <br />Ryder Truck <br />3633 Duck Creek RD <br />Stockton CA 95215 <br />Re: Ryder Truck 3633 Duck Creek Stockton CA 95215 <br />A recent review of the underground storage tank hie for the above referenced facility indicated this office has <br />not received this years testing and paperwork requirements. <br />The following information is overdue: <br />_ HSC 25292.2 Certification of financial responsibility and letter from chief financial officer <br />_ CCR 2637(b) Annual monitoring certification <br />CCR 2336(f)(4) Annual line tightness test (If applicable) <br />_ HSC 25284.2 Annual spill bucket/containment test <br />CCR 2630(d) Annual line leak detector test <br />_ CCR 2637(x) 6 -month secondary containment test <br />Most farms may be accessed from our web site address, wi,t,il ., c?ocities.corn/turaitiii <br />In addition, this office must be notified of any test date and time within 48 hours of performing the test. <br />Furthermore, results from the testing must be sent to this office within 30 clays of the test completion. Under <br />CCR 2637(b)(4) it is the owner/operators responsibility to submit test results to this office.
