Health permit.pdf
I am so happy to see the permit was approved. Thank you very much Ray for bearing with me and
assisting with this project. I am grateful to find a contractor like Balch who will do a good job but
posses a lot of experience in their office. I so hope that Balch finds the leak, I am anticipating a
penetration area has delaminated. If we are not successful in the identification of the leak, we will be
ready to revise the permit, call in Frey Environmental and remove the tank.
I will keep you posted as necessary.
Tony Herald
A -Team Consulting, Inc.
94 Angeles Vista Circle
Sandia Park, NM 87047
505-286-0911
Fax 286-0990
Mobile 720-0711
The information contained in this electronic communication and any
accompanying document is confidential, may be attorney-client privileged,
and is intended only for the use of the addressee.
