The Lay's Restaurant Well is a red herring. First of all Lay's Restaurant was in Lockeford not <br />Stockton, secondly, the well apparently no longer exists (at least we can find no record of it) but it doesn't matter <br />because it is nowhere near Stockton much less Mariposa Road and Hwy 99. <br />However, there is an active PWS at Leisure Manor which is within 1000 feet of the USTs. Our staff used a GPS device on <br />this particular PWS because we regulate it so the data is accurate.
