Underground product piping is aleso dooub�le a1l fiberglass. a t x� l is <br />g tank <br />stored in 5,000 double wall and steel constructeduST Segnate Bill secondary testing was performed on <br />2,000 -gallon double wall and steel consecondary piping, <br />the UST system in February 2005• All components passed testing which der dispenser ender con asumps and <br />fills; submersible turbine sumps and double wall diesel vent piping; <br />p <br />the oil and antifreeze transition sump. <br />Additionally, Eric Mar, Production Superintendent for the California Water <br />Service <br />feet east f the subs provided <br />information on area public water wells. Station 70-01 is approximately <br />property. This well is currently on stand-by and not pumping water. There is a property located <br />approximately 800 feet north of the subject facility that is owned by the California Water Service Company <br />(please see attached map illustrating a 1,000 foot radius and notes from Eric Mar). Mr. May stated that there <br />are no current plans to drill a well at this property. <br />The fueling system at 3633 Duck Creek Drive does not contain single wall components. SB 989 testing <br />performed in 2005 reported all components as passing. Annual tank & line tightness testing as well as <br />annual automatic tank gauge monitoring certification reports passing results for the UST system. No public <br />water wells are located within a 1,000 foot radius of the site. The RFR is supported by this information. If <br />additional data are needed, please contact Anthony R.
