Subsequently <br /> Mr. Willis cut two holes on the top of the tank,one near each end. Naturally,prior to cutting with an <br /> abrasive wheel, the L.E.L. was checked and verified by Clearwater. <br /> In reference to your latter dated August 13, 1998,please find enclosed an emended closure in place Site& <br /> Safety Plan. Changes were made to bring to document in fine with the current state of the tank and site. <br /> Also please find emended copies of the 2 sheet drawings. Said drawings are now more detailed showing <br /> exact tank location relative to property lines along with boring locations. <br /> Previously you had received the results of the soil borings and analysis. If you need any additional <br /> materials please let me know. Please note that our"Plan" recommend back filling with a weak concrete <br /> slurry. <br /> Mr. Willis would like to schedule the back filling as soon as possible.
