El Dorado, Stockton CA <br /> The permit application to remove the underground storage tank from the above referenced <br /> facility has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. See pages 7 & 8 of the permit application for required analytical tests. <br /> 2. A copy of the fire department permit must be submitted at the time of removal. <br /> 3. Schedule removal appointment 48 hours in advance. <br /> 4. This tank is to be purged and rinsed prior to removal. <br /> 5. Once the tank is removed it is to be stored on site and kept in a protected condition. The <br /> storage conditions must be approved by the fire department. <br /> 6. In addition,the following information must be submitted within 30 days of the removal <br /> date: <br /> (a) Analytical results, mailed from the lab <br /> (b) Hazardous Waste Manifest for piping, rinsate, residual fuel, or waste oil receipt if <br /> applicable <br /> (c) Submit the backfill excavation certificate as required by San Joaquin County <br /> 7. This permit expires on January 14,2002. <br /> 8.
