<br />Any changes, additions or deletions to this contract must be in writing on Owner's "Order for Changes”
<br />form, and Contractor is hereby given notice that no extras will be recognized unless they are author-
<br />ized in writing by Owner on said form before Contractor commences work on any such deviation from
<br />contract.
<br />No verbal -instructions or orders shall be binding on Owner. All verbal changes should be immediately
<br />redliced to written change orders.

<br />10, Furnish necessary labor and Material to abandon two 7 000 -gallon
<br />U/e.gacoline tanks in place per city Code. Remove ali flammable
<br />or combustible liquid from the tank and from all connecting lines.
<br />.Digeonnect the'suctiony inletr gage end vent lines. Fill the_'
<br />tanks and any remaining stubs completely with a non -shrinking
<br />chert"solid niterialy and cap all'tank inlets and outlets.
<br />2. break out sidewalk and dig down to two 7y000 gallon gasoline tanks.
<br />Furnish inert solid material and fill the tanks as directed by
<br />the Stockton Fire Department. Replace the sidewalk to proper
<br />„specifications*
<br />"3. Provide necessary permits and inspections.
<br />All 10f,:the .above mentioned work must meet local codes and requirements'
