Laboratory studies include a complete blood count (CBC), urinalysis, chemistry <br /> panel (SMAC), pulmonary function (FEV and FVC), chest X-ray, audiometry, and vision <br /> screening. <br /> 14.0 RECORDKEEPING <br /> A. General <br /> Recordkeeping shall be consistent with OSHA regulations in all respects. The following <br /> permanent records will be maintained in the Triton offices: <br /> 1. Safety Inspection Reports <br /> 2. Personnel Exposure Monitoring Records <br /> 3. OSHA 200 Form - Current to within 90 days <br /> 4. Accident reports consistent with established Triton procedures <br /> B. Medical Records <br /> Permanent medical records shall be maintained in confidential files by the contract <br /> physician/medical clinic. The physician will supply Triton with a medical status document, <br /> certifying that the personnel assigned to the project are physically capable of performing their <br /> individual work tasks. <br /> SSP.Project No. 13 Date <br />
