WrAn Monitoring Procecees <br /> Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Program <br /> This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this <br /> monitoring program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring <br /> procedures, unless required to obtain approval before making changes. Required by Sections <br /> 2632(k) and 2641(h) CCR. <br /> Facility Name: Ultramar Station #3698 <br /> Facility Address: 153 E. 11th St., Tracy 95376 <br /> 1. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank: Leak Sensor II. <br /> Piping: Gilbarco EMC Leak Detectors and sump sensors perform continuous monitoring on <br /> product lines <br /> Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes have float switch that trips impact valve <br /> 2. What methods and equipment, identified by name and model, will be using for performing <br /> the monitoring: <br /> Tank: Leak Sensor II. <br /> Piping: Gilbarco EMC Leak Detector and Leak Sensor II. <br /> Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes monitored continuously. <br /> 3. Describe the location (s) where the monitoring will be performed (facility plot plan should be <br /> attached): <br /> Leak Sensor II annular space and sump sensors on tanks. Leak Sensor II control panel <br /> in Manager's office <br /> 4. List the name (s) and tifle (s) of the people responsible for performing the monitoring and/or <br /> maintaining the equipment: <br /> Linda Green Station Manager Jim Ruch Area Manaaer Brian Skillern, District <br /> Manager <br /> 5. Reporting format for monitoring: <br /> Tank: Leak Sensor II gives visual and audible waming Manager records daily on <br /> inspection log <br /> Piping: Leak Sensor II gives visual and audible warnings. The Gilbarco EMC leak detector <br /> goes into slow flow. <br /> 6. Describe the preventative maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. Note: <br /> maintenance must be in accordance with the manufacturers' maintenance schedule but <br /> not less than every 12 months. <br /> Preventative maintenance on all eauipment is in accordance with the <br /> manufacturers' instructions All product lines leak detectors, and monitoring <br /> eauipment are tested on an annual basis. <br /> 7. Describe the training necessary for the operation of UST System, including piping and the <br /> monitoring equipment: <br /> If monitoring equipment aces into alarm store personnel are instructed to call <br /> Manager and Manager will call maintenance. <br /> 0019i.doc <br />
