If detected discharge of excavation wastewater resulting <br />from dewatering activities to soil surface shall be prohibited. <br />2) The combustible gas indicator used to determine the LEL and 02 content of the <br />UST shall configured with a splitter in order to obtain an accurate measurement of <br />combustion potential. <br />3) Subsequent to the tank removal and prior to conversion into the proposed storm <br />water retention pond the excavation shall be sloped, shored or stepped in accordance <br />with OSHA regulations. <br />4) Please schedule all inspections 48 hours in advance. <br />For additional information please contact Steven Sasson, REHS, and (209) 468-3459. <br />teven Sasson, HS <br />A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
