\M01 <br /> Site Specific Safety Plan - Must be signed by all DES site workers prior to the start of the job <br /> and posted in an accessible place. <br /> Accidents and Injuries - Must be reported to the Site Manager immediately. The Site Manager <br /> must then report the accident/injury to the Health and Safety Specialist promptly. <br /> Accident Investigation - Will be conducted on a comprehensive level for all lost time accidents <br /> and injuries by the Site Manager. <br /> Authorized Personnel Only - Will be allowed on work sites. <br /> MSDS - All employees will be well versed in the location of MSDS for any chemicals used or <br /> encountered on the site. Employees must know proper location, precautions, and usage of <br /> chemicals.
