*4./ <br /> 13.2 Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) <br /> Since November 25, 1985, all manufacturers, importers,and distributors of hazardous chemicals <br /> have been required to supply purchasers of their products with MSDSs. And, as of May 25, <br /> 1986, employers have been required to make available to their employees these data sheets for <br /> any chemical used in their work place. Please find the pertinent MSDS for this job at the end <br /> of the Hazardous Communication section. <br /> 13.3 Informing Contractors <br /> It is the responsibility of the site/project manager to provide on-site personnel with information <br /> about hazardous chemicals to which they may be exposed on a job site and suggested safety <br /> precautions. <br /> 13.4 List of Hazardous Chemicals <br /> The following is a list of all known hazardous chemicals used by our employees.
