Kleinfelder & Associates <br /> 9795 Business Park Drive <br /> Sacramento, CA 95827 <br /> 916-366-1701 Eric Findlay <br /> 4. 18,400 gallon unleaded gasoline steel , installed 1965. <br /> Tank contained regular gasoline from 1965-1975. <br /> Top of tank 12 feet below ground level . <br /> Provides service to one single hose dispenser and emergency <br /> generator located in basement of the Public Safety Building. <br /> 5. J.H. Kleinfelder to provide soil and water samples as required <br /> to San Joaquin Local Health District and City of Lodi . <br /> 6. Residual liquid to be removed via contract with approved <br /> contractor from list supplied by San Joaquin Health District. <br /> 7. Same as 6 above. <br /> 8. After items 6 and 7 are completed, tank will be filled with <br /> approved slurry in place.
