Escalon Ave . , Escalon , CA 95320 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a permit to verify vacuum communication in all piping at every termination point and <br /> conduct primary piping tightness testing on the underground storage tank ( UST) system at the above <br /> noted address . The permit has been approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . The following items are still required . Contact Stacy Rivera at (209 ) 468 - 3440 to arrange <br /> inspection appointments ( a 48- hour notice is required for inspection appointments ) . <br /> • Verification of vacuum communication in all piping at every termination point . Five of the <br /> termination points have been tested , with 15 termination points remaining — 87 product piping , <br /> 91 product piping , and vapor recovery piping at UDCs 1 /2 , 3/4 , 5/6 , 7/8 , and 9/ 10 . <br /> • Primary piping test : Tightness test performed by SWRCB licensed tank tester or receive <br /> passing 0 . 1 gallon per hour test results from the PLLD ( if installed ) . Testing must be witnessed <br /> by EHD . <br /> • Verification of proper installation and repairs for all work completed at the site . <br /> • A " Certification of Installation/ Modification " form for each tank submitted in CERS <br /> (cers . calepa . ca . gov) , once the system installation is complete . <br /> • A written statement in the UST Monitoring Plan noting that UDC brine levels will be verified <br /> visually at least once a month and the inspection will be documented on site , due to the inability <br /> to view the brine levels through the metal brine reservoir . <br /> • Payment of all fees , including operating permit and service request/inspection fees . A copy of <br /> the most recent billing invoice can be obtained by calling the accounting office at (209) 468 - <br /> 3447 . <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> N <br /> nspection and approval . <br /> 4 . Secondary containment testing for the UDCs , STP sumps , and piping is required six months <br /> after installation .
