Hwy 88 Lockeford, Ca 95237 Program: UST <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> On site to witness the annual monitoring system certification and conduct the routine inspection. <br /> #12 The float and chain leak detector in the north diesel satellite dispenser was not able to pass the <br /> functionality test. The UST monitoring equipment is not operational to detect liquid as required by HSC <br /> 25291(b). Technician corrected on site by adjusting the chain and retested it to pass in the presence of <br /> the inspector. <br /> Complete and submit the return to compliance certification, corrective action statements, and any <br /> supporting documentation to this office by 6-11-10. <br /> Note: Form A, B, D, E, CFO, & CFR were provided at time of inspection.
