The UST monitoring equipment is not operational to detect liquid as required by HSC <br /> 25291(b). Technician corrected on site by adjusting the chain and retested it to pass in the presence of <br /> the inspector. <br /> Complete and submit the return to compliance certification, corrective action statements, and any <br /> supporting documentation to this office by 6-11-10. <br /> Note: Form A, B, D, E, CFO, & CFR were provided at time of inspection.
