This facility is owned by: <br />2. A plot plan is supplied with this letter in duplicate. <br />3. The work will be performed by SETPOLD CORPORATION. License # 472610 <br />A, B, and C-10 classifications. A Workman's Comp Certificate is <br />on file with your department. <br />4. We are removing underground fuel tanks that previously supplied <br />various fuels. <br />5. Canonic Engineering, 212 Frank West Circle, Suite A, of Stockton will <br />perform required soil samples and a release of information <br />authorization form is hereby submitted. <br />6. the tanks are expected to be totally empty of any fuel or residue. <br />If any residual liquid, solids or sludges are encountered, we will. <br />place it into a 50 gallon container and given to the owner if useable <br />or taken to a waste disposal dump if considrared waste by state <br />standards. <br />7. We will purge the tanks of all flammable vapors by placing 15 LBS per <br />gallon of dry ice per 1,000 gallon of tank capacity. <br />S.
