The information on this monitoring program are <br /> conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County _within 30 days of <br /> any changes to the monitoring procedures,unless required to obtain approval before making the change. <br /> Required by Sections 2632(4)and 2641(h)CCR. <br /> Facility Name: Costco Gasoline Loc. No. 135 <br /> Facility Address: Tracy Marketplace on Grantline Road, Tracy CA <br /> A. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank- Continuous monitoring by Veeder Root A Veeder Root 350R tank <br /> monitor reports the liquid level by a push of a button A hydrostatic monitoring <br /> system constantly monitors 100% of both the inner and outer tanks <br /> Piping- In-line leak detectors for piping monitoring and liquid level sensors for <br /> secondary containment sumps are continuously monitored <br /> B. What methods and equipment, identified by name and model, will be used for <br /> performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank- Veeder Root 350R tank monitor with MAG 1 tank level probe for product <br /> monit oring and Veeder Roothydrostatic sensor VR 94980-301 for secondary <br /> containment monitoring. <br /> Piping- FE Petro Submersible turbine with VALD-2000 leak detector for in-line <br /> product pipe monitoring and Veeder Root sump sensor VR 794390 for secondary <br /> containment monitor and VR . <br /> C. Describe the locations(s) where the monitoring will be performed. (facility plot <br /> plan should be attached):Veeder Root console is located in the controller <br /> enclosure; the tank monitor equipment is located below grade at the fill ends of <br /> the tanks, the piping is monitored at the tank submerged turbine sumps and <br /> dispenser island sumps. <br /> D. List the name(s) and title(s) of the people responsible for performing the <br /> monitoring and/or maintaining the equipment: Warehouse Manager for the <br /> Costco Wholesale facility No.453• Mr. Dennis Bock Compliance Manager, <br /> Costco Wholesale, Inc. <br /> E. Reporting format for monitoring: <br /> Tank Inventory Paper Report/tank: product volume, ullage, height, water vol., & <br /> temp -- <br /> Piping Tightness Paper Report/sensor: Interstitial/Sump Leak Status <br /> F. Describe the preventive maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. <br /> Note: maintenance must be in accordance with the manufacturers' <br /> maintenance schedule but not less than. every 12 months. 1/ ear min or as <br /> required: MAG 1 probe, VR 94980-301 VR 350 VR 79340 <br /> G.
