(Aegis), of Roseville, California. <br />Overall Hazard Summary: <br />Serious: <br />Moderate: _ <br />Low: X <br />Unknown: — <br />The purpose of this Site health and Safety Plan is to define the requirements and designate <br />protocols to be followed at the Site during soil sampling activities following the <br />underground storage tank (UST) removals. Applicability extends to all Government <br />employees, contractors, subcontractors, and visitors. <br />All personnel on site, contractors and subcontractors included, shall be informed of the <br />site emergency response procedures and any potential fire, explosion, health, or safety <br />hazards of the operation. <br />All personnel prior to entering the exclusion zone or contamination reduction zone must <br />review this plan- <br />-3- <br />
