Hunter & Associates has been retained by Valley Wholesale
Drug Co. to represent them in any potential environmental prob-
lems that may arise as a result of the UST that was recently
removed from the property. We have been involved in numerous
projects in San Joaquin County, primarily involving soil & water
contamination caused by leaking UST's, and are familiar with the
rules and regulations pertaining to such problems.
We have made a preliminary review of the data concerning the
site, but would be most appreciative of any information your
office might have relative to nearby problem areas. If appro-
priate, we will review the files on any relevant sites.
Our client intends to proceed in a timely manner with doing
whatever is necessary to obtain site closure. We would like
copies of all pertinent correspondence that your office may send
to our client so that we may advise them of required actions and
timetables.
We look forward to working with you on this project.
Si
Wr
c<
ociates
e Drug
