2 - <br /> 7 . The samples will be analyzed by : <br /> GeoAnalytical Laboratories Inc . <br /> 1031 Kansas Ave , Suite ' C ' <br /> Modesto , CA 95351 <br /> 209-572-0900 <br /> 8 . Soil samples will be captured as follows : <br /> One sample from �agJ� end of each tank hole . Sample to be <br /> taken from two Ral3k below bottom of tank in native solid <br /> using a conventional backhoe for excavation . If water is <br /> present in the hole , one soil sample will be taken from wall <br /> next to each tank end at solid ground water interface plus <br /> one water sample from each hole . <br /> 9 . Tanks will be cleaned prior to removal via triple rinsing <br /> with water . The rinsate and sludge will be pumped out after <br /> each rinse . This will be done by : <br /> NorCal Oil Company <br /> PO Box 645 <br /> Denair , CA 95316 <br /> 800-332-8710 <br /> EPA# CAD982417255 <br /> 10 . The sludge and rinsate will be manifested and transported <br /> by NorCal Oil Company to the following for disposal : <br /> Refineries Services <br /> 13331 No . Hwy 33 <br /> Patterson , CA 95363 <br /> 209-892-6742 <br /> EPA# CAD 083166728 <br /> 11 . The tanks will be purged of flammable vapors prior to removal <br /> via insertion of dry ice (CO2) in amounts sufficient to <br /> either bring 02 (oxygen) level in tank down below 14 . 3% or <br /> the LEL to below 20% . A minimum of 15 lbs . of dry ice per <br /> 1000 gallons of tank capacity shall be used . <br /> 12 . Upon removal the tanks will be loaded and transported to the <br /> following for disposal : <br /> Triangle Inc . of Sacramento <br /> 3525 - 52nd Ave <br /> Sacramento , CA 95823 <br /> 916-421 -1990 <br />
