Laboratory that will collect soil samples Canonie Environmental (209) 9834340 <br />A signed "Release of Information Authorization is attached. <br />After the tank(,a'J is/are-removed, we will dig down approximately 2 to 3 feet into <br />the undisturbed soil under where the tankfrs') had been to have soil samples taken. <br />The samples will be taken by the above properly licensed facility. The soil samples <br />will be taken with brass tubes. Should water be encountered, water samples will be <br />taken by plastic or glass bottles. For samples to be taken and analysis to be done, <br />see highlighted areas of "Sampling Protocal for Routine Tank Removals" and "Minimum <br />Verification Laboratory Analysis" sheets enclosed. <br />6. Method of disposal of all residual liquid, soilds, or sludges, if applicable: <br />A. Removed tank(s) will be transported by: <br />Jim Thorpe Oil, Inc. to our site at <br />807 E. Black Diamond Way <br />Lodi, CA 95240 EPA CAL 000012884 for cleaning. <br />B. The cleaning procedure will consist of three (3) rinse cycles with steam or <br />hot water. <br />C. The waste water will be removed from the tank(s) by: <br />Nor -Cal Oil, waste oil haulers 1 (800) 332-8710 <br />P. 0. Box 645 <br />Denair, CA 95316 EPA CAD 982417255 <br />D. and transported by them to <br />Refineries Service <br />13331 N. Hwy 33 <br />Patterson, CA 95363 EPA CAD 083166728 for disposal <br />E. Nor -Cal Oil will supply to us a receipt for the waste recovered. <br />We will put the customer EPA site number on the receipt. <br />A copy of the receipt will be forwarded to SJLHD. <br />
