Ar*'•le 9. Hazardous Wastes and Hazardous Materials <br /> 66680. Lists-,,Chemical Names and Common Names. `/ <br /> (a) A waste that meets the definition of hazardous waste presented in Sec- <br /> tion 25117 of the Health and Safety Code or satisfies any of the criteria of <br /> hazardous waste presented in Article 11 of this chapter shall be considered a <br /> hazardous waste whether or not the waste is cited in this article.Such a waste <br /> shall be handled and disposed of according to the provisions of this chapter. <br /> (b) A waste that meets the definition of extremely hazardous waste present- <br /> ed in Section 25115 of the Health and Safety Code or satisfies any of the criteria <br /> of extremely hazardous waste presented in Article 11 of this chapter shall be <br /> considered an extremely hazardous waste whether or not the waste is cited in <br /> this article. Such a waste shall be handled and disposed of according to the <br /> provisions of this chapter. <br /> (c) The potential hazardous property of a material cited in the List of <br /> Chemical Names or the List of Common Names is indicated in the list as follows: <br /> (T) toxic, (C) corrosive, (F) ignitable and (R) reactive. An asterisk (•) in <br /> Section 66680(d) denotes an extremely hazardous waste. All letters in trade- <br /> mark names are capitalized. <br /> (d) List of Chemical Names: <br /> 1.
