Waste Extraction Test (WET). <br /> (a) The WET described in his section shall be used to determine he amount <br /> Of extractable substance in a waste or other material as set forth in Section <br /> 66699(a). <br /> (b) Except as provided in Section 66700(d),the WET shall be carried out if <br /> the total concentration in the waste,or other material,of any substance listed <br /> in Section 66699 equals or exceeds the STLC value, but does not exceed the <br /> TTLC value, given for that substance.
