(a) The WET described in his section shall be used to determine he amount Of extractable substance in a waste or other material as set forth in Section 66699(a). (b) Except as provided in Section 66700(d),the WET shall be carried out if the total concentration in the waste,or other material,of any substance listed in Section 66699 equals or exceeds the STLC value, but does not exceed the TTLC value, given for that substance.
