I
AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS COMPANY, Inc. 1
10194 EAST FRENCH CAMP ROAD
MANTECA. CA 95336
209: 982-1031 - v
DEC 1y00
ENVIRUMENTAL HEALTH
December 05, 1986 FERMI-1/SERVICES
Harlin D. Knoll
Environmental Health Sanitarian
San Joaquin Local Health District
1601 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95202
Harlin,
I am writing to inform you that I am closing the file on the
underground pesticide rinsewater tank at the location. Your visit and
inspection this morning indicated that all requirements have been met to
satisfy county and state guidelines for permanent closure inplace of
underground tanks. As you saw this morning, the tank and all pipe leading
to the tank were filled with a six yard concrete slurry and the tank is now
unaccessible, inoperable and environmentally safe.
Sincerely,
Vince R. Parman
Station Manager
VRP/kgm
Copy: File
