Box 2009
Stockton , CA 95201
Ron:
Enclosed please find a soil sampling investigation report for an
underground pesticide rinsewater tank that was installed in 1980
at 10144 East French Camp Road, Manteca, CA 95336. Due to recent
regulations regarding annual monitoring of such tanks , it was
decided this year to permanently close down the tank in place.
It is my understanding that once your department has reviewed and
approved this report permission can then be granted to close down
the underground tank. Dan Moe was present the day that the
drilling was conducted underneath the tank .
Please review and advise .
Sincerely ,
IR CarVince R. man
Station Manager
VRP/kgm
Enclosure ( 1 )
G8 i b 1986
ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH
FERMIT/SERVICES
