SITE TASKS: <br /> 1. Establish boundaries and set up Exclusion Zone (EZ), Contamination Reduction <br /> Zone(CRZ) and the Support Zone(SZ). <br /> • Establish site security to prevent unauthorized entry to the site. <br /> • Establish decontamination facilities for personnel, equipment and vehicles. <br /> 2. Establish entry/exit corridors for equipment and debris removal. <br /> 3. Establish areas for placing contaminated soil in or onto bermed secure holding <br /> pads. <br /> 4. Establish winterizing runoff control zones if rain is expected. <br /> 5. Excavate soil and provide area air monitoring for possible noxious gas release. <br /> 6. Proper PPE will be used when needed and hazards are identified. <br /> 8. Remove hazardous/non-hazardous material and dispose to appropriate landfill as <br /> waste stream analytical results dictate. <br /> 9. After limits of excavation have been reached, fill excavation with native and or <br /> imported fill. <br /> Site Safety&Health Plan Rev./2.0 July 28, 1999 <br />
