Box 2009 <br />Stockton, Ca. 95201 <br />Attention: Diane Hansen and William Snavely <br />Subject: Tank removal at the old Tillie Levis Cannery, <br />1405 Fresno Avenue, StAckton, Ca. <br />This letter is a request to ammend the Tank Closure <br />Permit requested by me and approved by the San Joaquin <br />Local Health District on August 31, 1988. <br />Item 8 of my letter dated August 5, 1988 stated "Ali <br />contaminated cement from tank will be disposed of at a <br />legal disposal site". <br />I would like to ammend that to read as follows: All <br />cement contaminated with #6 fuel oil and all non contam- <br />inated cement shall be recycled and mixed with asphalt paving <br />material and reused. <br />American River Asphalt Plant owned by Bryant, Inc. and <br />located on Praririe City Road, Carmichael, California has <br />requested this material for recycling. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Donald R.
