The vent lines are single <br /> walled. <br /> 91 tank-The tank form incorrectly stated that the tank has double walled vent lines. The vent lines are single <br /> walled. <br /> Diesel tank-The tank form incorrectly stated that the tank has double walled vent and vapor recovery piping. The <br /> vent lines are single walled. Diesel does not have vapor recovery lines. <br /> Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS. <br /> update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 106 CCR 2632 Monitoring and response plans not current or approved by the EHD. <br /> The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. <br /> 87 tank-The UDC monitoring section states it stops the flow of product at the dispenser; the sensor shuts off the <br /> turbine. <br /> 91 tank-The monitoring plan lists two leak detectors and does not specify the specific leak detector model for this <br /> tank. No records were available for <br /> responses to the following alarms: <br /> L5 (diesel annular) Sensor out 5/1/15 <br /> L5 (diesel annular) Sensor out 5/4/15 <br /> L6 (87 STP sump) Fuel alarm 9/20/15 <br /> These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1) date and time of <br /> all monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records, (3) results of any visual <br /> observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs of all readings of gauges or other <br /> monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of inventory readings and <br /> reconciliations.
